LomiLomi Workshop with Aunty Maile

Aunty Maile has been a lomilomi practitioner for decades. Her ‘ohana has done lomiloimi on Hawai‘i Island since 1200.  She was a student of Kalua Kaiahua and teaches in his style.

During these workshops you will learn:

• To Give and Receive Lomilomi (bone washing kind)
• To Make and Use Pu‘ili  (Bamboo Rattles)
• Related Hawaiian Language and Protocol

Bring your own simple food, to eat light as can, to fit your special dietetic needs.
